HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER MY GIFT?

The order window will remain open until 11:59 PM the day following the gifting event.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT OFFER CODE?

  1. Select the “Shop Gift” button at the top of this page
  2. Pick your gift and add it to the cart. Click Check out. 
  3. Enter the Gift Offer Code you received from Club Sycuan. Click Apply Reward. 
  4. Provide a valid address for gift delivery.
  5. Your gift selection will be shipped right to your door. See “HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GIFT?” below.

HOW DO CODES WORK?

At checkout, enter the code you received from Club Sycuan in the box labeled “Discount code” on the right side of the page and hit “Apply”. Please note that codes can only be used once per customer. Please do not enter your credit card information into PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GIFT?

Your gift should arrive in 3-4 weeks.

MY GIFT SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T SEE IT AT MY DOOR. WHAT DO I DO?

Please track your item before contacting the help team. Larger items will be delivered to your door. Medium to smaller items will be delivered to your mailbox.

If you still cannot find your package please contact the help team and have your order confirmation readily available. This will help expedite the recovery process.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address to ensure you receive your gift promptly.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

WILL I GET A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number in an email to the email address you provide at checkout.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GIFT?

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a gift that is defective or damaged, please contact us.
